Tara’s grandmother helped her into a beautiful pair of earrings, a gift from her late grandfather.

The girls had a wonderful view of the ceremony site, as it was being readied for the vows.

Tara and her mom and sister were all smiles all day.

The first “first look” was with Tara and her loving father.

Next, Tara and Aaron had their own first look, after which they exchanged special gifts.

Petal’s Edge created the dramatic and lovely florals.

First, the families participated in the traditional ketubah signing.

And next it was time to walk down the aisle.

Fancy Cakes by Leslie created this stunning cake, dripping with pearls.

After photographs outside and inside the historic hotel, it was time for the reception in the Palladian Ballroom, with walls adorned by a mural depicting Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello.

Tara’s mom and dad gave a loving and hilarious speech that included a mid-speech phone call from their other daughter.

The horah started out strong, and just keep going!

Once their delicious dinner was complete, guests were on their feet all night, thanks to the talents of the DC Transit Band.

Guests couldn’t get enough of our Silly Station photo booth, and borrowed some props for dance floor antics as well.

Congratulations, Tara and Aaron, and best wishes for many years of happiness!
