Last fall it was winter hats and heavy sweaters for Amanda and Paul’s engagement session in Harper’s Ferry…

But in June, Maryland’s summertime heat was on full blast for their wedding day at Dulany’s Overlook in Frederick!

Amanda found her gown at David’s Bridal.

Hair & makeup duties by The Beauty Company.

Always a favorite, the Rev. Joyce Hilbery of MDDC Weddings officiated the ceremony.

We love when we get to capture the coming together of two families. And so, it was a true delight to photograph Kara and Chris and their awesome kids over the last year or so. We first met up with all of them at Baker Park for a combination engagement/family session.

Next, it was time for their wedding celebration at Caboose Farm in Sabillasville.

Kudos to the beauty team of Salon Allure, who covered hair styling, and make-up artist Tiffany Adams.

Alex Sincevich of The Dapper DJs handled the tunes at the ceremony and reception.

Shauna Kelley, the bride’s sister, served as officiant.

Charm City Cakes created this one-of-a-kind wedding cake.

We first met Mike (a fellow Penn Stater!) several years ago when we moved a few doors down from him and his boys, and were delighted to hear that he and Logan became engaged. We captured their engagement session this summer at Gambrill State Park and Valley View Acres in Middletown.

In September, it was time for their wedding day at Green Hill Farm in Sharpsburg.

Najee of The Dapper DJs provided elegant style and equally elegant tunes for the ceremony.

Wedding officiant Alice Langholt helped Logan and Mike say their vows.

Piece O’ Cake brought dessert!

Last fall, we spent time with Lindsay and Ray and their son, Rhys, walking around Baker Park and capturing their engagement session.

In June, it was time for their wedding day at Linganore Winecellars, where Ray serves as head winemaker!

The folks at Salon on Main handled hair & makeup duties.

Stunning florals provided by Amour Flowers.

Josh Koblitz, the bride’s brother, served as officiant.

Musicians from Louis Pettinelli Entertainment performed ceremony and cocktail hour music.

Dancing tunes at the reception were handled by Shew-sical Entertainment.

We were excited to bring our Silly Station photo booth for added reception fun.

Last fall we met up with Bridget & Nick at Riverwalk Park and Rose Hill Manor Park in Frederick to capture a fun engagement session, showing off their personalities.

This summer, it was time for their wedding day at McClintock Distilling in Downtown Frederick!

Hair & makeup by Wedding Day Ready Glam and wedding party attire by K&B Bridals

While walking around Carroll Creek Linear Park taking portraits, Bridget found a furry admirer.

The couple’s first look before the ceremony was full of laughs and smiles.

We enjoyed working again with officiant Joyce Hilbery of MDDC Weddings

All of the details from the ceremony to the reception were taken care of lovingly by Sarah Rosier of Sleeping Bee Designs.

Pour House Trivia quizzed guests on how well they knew Bridget and Nick.

We brought along our Silly Station photo booth for tons of reception fun.

In early June, it was time for their wedding day, based at Springfield Manor in Thurmont.

The wedding ceremony took place in Downtown Frederick, at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church.

Next, everyone headed back up Route 15 to Springfield Manor in Thurmont for a celebratory reception.

When Carley and Daniel held their wedding ceremony and reception at Mountain Memories at ThorpeWood this fall, they were technically already married. Their 2021 ceremony in California assured they would be stationed together for future Army assignments. A few days before their October ceremony in Thurmont, we met up with them for a Downtown Frederick portrait session.

In late September, it was time for their wedding at Mountain Memories at ThorpeWood in Thurmont.

The Rev. Nancy H. Hennessey from Sherwood Episcopal Church, a friend of the family, served as officiant.

Beauty by Patience was in charge of hairstyling, while Lauren Griffee took care of makeup.

Our good friend, Alex Sincevich, of The Dapper DJs, kept the dancing tunes going all night.
