Like all weddings, the wedding of Karey and Ray really symbolized the creation of a new family. Ray and their daughter, McKinley, already shared a last name, and after a beautiful ceremony at Hollow Creek Golf Club in Middletown, Karey became a Hinkle, too! About one year prior to their wedding day, we met up with the cute trio in Downtown Frederick to photograph a combination engagement session and family session with little McKinley…
Then, on a Saturday in mid-October, it was time for the big day! Also known as #hinkleeverafter. We were ready for it, with second shooter Stefanie Harrington by our side.

Guests were asked to sign a giant wooden “H,” instead of a traditional guest book.

Love the glittery table numbers, and gorgeous florals by Blossom and Basket Boutique!

Karey arrived at the golf club all smiles…

All the lovely girls (in their sassy robes!) who surrounded Karey all day with love.

Mommy and daughter fancy shoes

Karey’s stunning dress, from Posh Bridal

We were so excited to see how much McKinley had grown since the last time we took her picture.

Karey wanted to do a “first look” of sorts with her dad. We love his reaction to seeing his little girl in her wedding dress!

Handsome guys, with cool socks to boot…

McKinley made a dramatic entrance down the aisle!

Have we mentioned yet how gorgeous Karey looked all day?! Her natural beauty shined, thanks to Aaren of MADE Makeup.

Hollow Creek Golf Club is definitely one of our favorite places to shoot!

Those colorful autumn leaves were blowing us away all day!

Fabric from her grandmother’s dress was wrapped around the bottom of Karey’s bouquet.

While all the grownups were busy dancing, McKinley was digging into her dinner, and into a little bit of mischief, too…

Gotcha!

Another stunner from Karen Rodkey Cakes!

We adore this image of Karey singing with her mom and dad. Such a fun reception moment!

Karey got in on the DJ-ing action, alongside family friend, DJ Just-Ice.

What an amazing night, with a truly wonderful couple! Thanks to Karey and Ray, for including us in your wedding day… and best wishes for many happy years as a family!
