When we first got the Tolosa family in front of our cameras back in 2010, it was just the two of them, Megan and Michael, planning for a wedding. We captured their engagement session in Washington, D.C., and their wedding in Frederick County, Maryland. A few years passed and they stayed in touch and we watched their love grow.
We were thrilled to see a message last year that Megan and Michael were expecting a little girl. And so we continued to capture their love story through photos. David was in the room when Megan gave birth to Alexis last year and photographed the first smiles that her mom and dad shared with her. At 6 months, Alexis charmed us with her cute personality. And just last week, we helped the family celebrate her first birthday, going back to some of the same sights we captured when Megan and Michael’s story began, 7 years before.
