We’ve said it countless times — we love living in Frederick! It’s a wonderful city, full of great people, and, of course, a wide variety of outstanding locations to capture amazing images! Each year we offer a fall family portrait special. Fall is our favorite time of year, and it’s one of the best times to be outside, shooting. We were lucky to spend some time with a few Frederick families this fall at locations around the city. Below are some of our favorites.

We met up with the Tate family in Baker Park, always a beautiful location in autumn.

The Tates’ kids go to school with our kids, and their family portrait session was part of our school’s fundraising auction. We were so happy to capture these images with them!
We’ve been working with the Adamson family for several years now. And each year, we love to see how these boys grow!
We had a blast with the Adamsons at Grape Creek Farm.
Speaking of Grape Creek Farm, we spent a gorgeous fall afternoon there, taking pictures of some of its human and animal residents! The Lawler kids were so much fun to be around…
We were out on a family hike one day this fall at Monocacy National Battlefield, when we realized what a wonderful location it would be for family photos. Our friends, the Chadwick family, were game to try it out!
