Lauren and Eddie met as high school freshmen, and were good buddies for years as they traveled together as members of their school’s tennis team. After leaving for separate colleges, they stayed in touch. One fall day, Lauren visited Eddie at the University of Maryland to attend a football game, and, as they say, the rest is history! We met up with the happy couple in Downtown Frederick last fall for a fun engagement session:
And in mid-June, it was time for their wedding day! The always beautiful Stone Manor Country Club in Middletown, Maryland, played host for their ceremony and reception.

Inspire Wedding Flowers created the arrangements.

Lauren chose her Maggie Sotero gown at TLC Bridal Boutique in Frederick.

Sue Love of Classic Trends Hair Salon helped Lauren become even more beautiful for her wedding day.

Lauren and Eddie opted for a first look before the ceremony… they were pretty happy to see each other!

Soon it was time for the ceremony, and a walk down the aisle.

The ceremony, officiated by Joyce Hilbery, was filled with laughter and tears.

Lauren’s favorite animal is the moose.

Another lovely creation from Karen Rodkey Cakes

Dancing tunes provided by Scott Albin of Great Scott Productions.

Oh, hey! There’s a future Spence Photo bride. Can’t wait to capture Megan (and Justin)’s wedding next year.

Grateful for the all-day assistance from second shooter extraordinaire, Emily Gude (getting another angle on the bouquet toss, above).

… And they lived happily ever after! Congratulations Lauren and Eddie. Here’s to many years of happiness together!
