{"id":863,"date":"2009-12-14T16:24:08","date_gmt":"2009-12-14T21:24:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spencephoto.com\/blog\/?p=863"},"modified":"2012-04-04T16:30:39","modified_gmt":"2012-04-04T20:30:39","slug":"liz-and-chris-at-the-tidewater-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spencephoto.com\/blog\/863","title":{"rendered":"liz and chris at the tidewater"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>my last wedding of the year was a familiar one. it felt as though i was in a time warp. it felt this way because almost half the people attending were the same folks at one of my weddings from last year,\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.amyraab.com\/blog\/2008\/10\/28\/katherine-and-darren.html\" target=\"_blank\">katherine and darren<\/a>. this time, it was katherine&#8217;s little sister liz who was getting married. the family came back to the beautiful\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tidewaterinn.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">tidewater inn<\/a> for the occasion. and what an occasion it was!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"599\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">i started my day with the family at the\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tidewaterinn.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">tidewater inn<\/a>. if you are ever in easton, maryland, go and check it out. it&#8217;s a great old hotel!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">here they are, katherine and darren! great to see one of my couples again. you guys look great!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">once again the cake topper looked pretty similar to the couple!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">liz looked gorgeous in her gown. simple flowers and a beautiful veil really made the look!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"599\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">dad was great in helping out with the train after some pictures in the inn&#8217;s gardens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">the detailing on liz&#8217;s dress was incredible. so much so, she had to take a little breather before we all headed over to the church.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">most guests took the 1\/4 mile walk over to the church. the weather was perfect for a little late fall walk!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"599\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.trinitycathedraleast.org\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">trinity cathedral<\/a> is incredible! it sits just around the way from the tidewater and is a cool old grey stone masterpiece!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"1352\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">i loved all the cool details around the outside of the church!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_11.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">grandpa made himself at home early.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_12.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">the inside of the\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.trinitycathedraleast.org\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">cathedral<\/a> is even more amazing! look at all that beautiful woodwork!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_13.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">the altar made a great spot for doing some family and wedding party shots!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_14.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">our beautiful couple, having a little doorway smooch!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_15.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">it was a team effort to get liz&#8217;s dress bustled in the low light of the church. good work gang!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_16.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"599\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">i caught this little moment right before liz and chris were introduced at the\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tidewaterinn.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">tidewater<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/spencephotographics.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/liz_chris_17.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">and right after i took this, the cake topper decided to take a dive off the top!
