Mountain Memories at ThorpeWood | Thurmont, Maryland | Wedding | Morgan & Bret

Morgan and Bret’s love story started at the CrossFit gym. They met as trainer and trainee, and soon became more than that. They still love to work out together, and now they’ll be able to do so as husband and wife! We first met up with the duo for an engagement session last year around their hometown of Bel Air.

Next, it was time for their wedding day at Mountain Memories at ThorpeWood!

Monica’s Floral Designs created the gorgeous florals.

Morgan found her wedding gown at Amanda Ritchey Bridal & Beauty.

Jordan Thomas Salon & Spa helped the ladies look their best.

Both sides of the wedding party got ready at Caboose Farm, and when the guys arrived, the ladies set up an emergency shield so Bret couldn’t see Morgan before the ceremony.

Morgan and her bridesmaids didn’t let a little rain dampen their fun!

Morgan had a “first look” with her dad. He was pretty impressed.

Then, Bret’s daughter, Hanna, led him downstairs for the bride and groom’s “first touch.”

We’re always excited when our good friend, Alex, of The Dapper DJs is part of the vendor team.

Morgan works at Bell’s Brewery, so naturally beers were part of the ceremony!

Family and friends created all the desserts for the reception!

Bret’s son, Gavin, gave a wonderful speech during toasts.
